optibelt ALPHA V timing belts are made from open-ended extruded optibelt ALPHA LINEAR timing belts that are welded together to create custom lengths. They are used primarily in applications used to transport products.
Because these belts tension cords have been cut, ALPHA V’s unique V-joining method creates 50% more bonding area than a standard weld. ALPHA V custom lengths can also be created with a variety fabric or backings.
